LeaveWeb Mobile offers the USAF a convenient solution for submitting and reviewing Active Duty Air and Space Force military leave requests, utilizing Okta Authentication. Okta for the USAF serves as a purpose-built Identity platform tailored to the needs of the DoD and its mission partners. With Okta’s accomplishment of an Impact Level 4 (IL4) conditional Provisional Authorization (PA), a next-generation security architecture is established, enhancing access control to mission-critical resources for authorized users across various locations and at all times.

The LeaveWeb Mobile App presents several features:

• The app allows leave members to submit leave requests for themselves, though submitting on behalf of another individual is not supported in the mobile version.
• It enables leave submission for leave types A, R&R, D, F, P, and T with the ability to upload. The app includes Approve Leave Inboxes and Authorize Leave Inboxes. Please be aware that all attachments must be accessed and downloaded from the website, including the AF988s.
• The app displays basic profile information, all Open Leaves, and a Leave History extending back 2 years from the current date, with the option to Copy Request. Notably, leave submissions can only be made within a 2-year window from the present date on mobile. Requests beyond this timeframe must be submitted on the website.
• Inactivated leave types E and H can progress through approvals on mobile but cannot be submitted due to their deactivated status. Similarly, T type leave and Rule 51 can be approved on mobile but not created, as their submission is restricted due to career limitations.
• R type leave requests may advance through approvals in mobile but cannot be originated using the app since it lacks the functionality to submit leave on behalf of another user.
• Tracking is available for Types B, M, and Y; however, these types cannot be managed via mobile as they fall under the purview of AFFSC/Base FM.
• Copy Request and Edit Request features are not accessible for leave types E, H, R, B, M, Y, and T/Rule51 within the mobile application.
• Actions performed on mobile will be appended with (-mobile) for tracking purposes within the website interface.
• The mobile version does not support reporting tools, Leave Audits, or administrative functions.
